Terms and Conditions

Artwork and Designs:
All artwork and designs are my own. Copyright and intelectual rights reside with me (Adam Brimson Designs, The Artist) on ALL Purchased artwork and merchandise, including Original Art, you cannot use my work for any other commercial means. You cannot duplicate or replicate my work in any way, physically or digitally.

Commissions:
Each commission is carefully considered, and terms vary from client to client. All copyright and intelectual rights reserved by artist (Adam Brimson Designs) unless agreed otherwise. Every commission has a non refundable deposit paid upfront to secure the order.

Shipping + Disputes:
Clothing and other Merchandise (Not artwork):
Tshirts, hoodies and mugs are print on demand items and are not directly handled by me. The manufacturing and shipping of items are dealt with by an internationaly based company, who have factories on almost every major continent. This helps speed up deliveries and keep shipping costs low.

Tracking numbers are sent to you once the item has been shipped, PLEASE NOTE you (the customer) are responsible for tracking and recieving the goods. Items not recieved or collected from the postal service in your area are sent back to the manufacturer after a short time, and not to me, I cannot claim refunds from the company and therefore cannot issue refunds for these items.

If you think you have missed a delivery, or are unsure, please contact your local postal service and they can further assist. Items returned to the manufacturer can be resent at your expense.

If your goods have gone missing I can only issue a refund if the postal service has proof the items were lost or wrongly delivered. Failure at that, the issue must be taken up by you the customer with your postal service. 

All Artworks:
All Canvas paintings and prints are sent with the utmost care to ensure your items reach you in good condition, by myself, as tracked and signed delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: You (The customer) are responsible for following the tracking updates, in the even you miss a delivery, you can reschedule so long as the items are at your local depot. If items are eventually returned to me, due to the unique nature of the goods i can only offer to resend you the Artwork, this may incur additional charges.

In the unlikely event items are lost or damaged, i will open an investigation with the postal service, and refund where applicable.
